Michigan Legacy PAC announces year-end fundraising, contribution numbers; finishes 2023 with over $1m cash on hand

With strong fundraising, Michigan Legacy PAC continues to support pro-democracy candidates throughout Michigan

MICHIGAN – Today, Michigan Legacy PAC announced its year-end 2023 campaign finance filings, ending 2023 with over $1.2 million raised and over $1 million cash on hand. After a robust third quarter, Michigan Legacy PAC raised nearly $600,000 in the final quarter of 2024.

Michigan Legacy PAC has endorsed several State Representatives in key races around Michigan and supported both the Michigan House and Michigan Senate Democratic Funds.


"It’s clear that there is strong support for pro-democracy candidates in Michigan, and with key races up and down the ballot, our work has never been more important. I’m thankful for everyone who contributed to our effort, and I’m excited to continue this vital work.

In 2024, we’ll continue to cultivate a strong network of Democracy Defenders ready to step up and defend democracy throughout our state,” said Jocelyn Benson.
